Street parking is readily available. There is free street parking in the next block and in many areas nearby. For quick stops (to unload groceries, for example), the neighboring alley is a convenient temporary option. Parking immediately in front of the home's entrance requires that the vehicle's license plate be registered with the city, which is a process we are happy to facilitate for longer stays. The adjoining unit, which has an identical floor plan, is also available for short-term or monthly rentals (contact us for details). The two units share the enclosed back patio. A detached garage is available when both units are rented together. Because the enclosed back patio is shared, we can't allow pets that require a yard. Some indoor-only pets, or dogs that only go outside on leashes, can be accommodated for an additional fee. Unfortunately we can't allow cats. A professional cleaning -- which includes linen changes if desired -- is provided every-other-week and the schedule is flexible for your convenience.
