You’ll have 1,436 square feet to call your own, including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Gorgeous mountain views are a huge part of the benefit of choosing this location. Inside the home, you’ll have access to a separate den and office space. The master bedroom is huge with an ensuite bathroom. It and the other bathroom were remodeled last year and come with great features like handheld shower nozzles. When you aren’t out enjoying great outdoor living in San Diego, this home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. It is a little piece of Bali in Texas! Each room has a different theme all the while with the comforts of home. The 5 bedroom house has a chill vibe ready for friends and family to relax in a peaceful area. There is a huge backyard, with games and areas to hang out, along with a large kitchen with all the amenities of the home. Each room is available to rent separately, or if you need the house and all rooms are open, we will rent the house. The rooms all have a BOHO feel - the Peace Room with a private bath and walk in closet, the Bamboo Room, The Scared Monkey Room and Drifting Surf all share a bathroom, but have private desks, TV and closets. Downstairs there is an extra large room with a sofa and TV and large bed. Walking into the Bamboo Shack, you escape the outside world right away. The living room invite you to sit down and relax. Or perhaps you will head to the kitchen to prepare a lovely meal to enjoy outside or at the large table. Gather the family and spend some time playing games or just enjoying on another. On the main floor, there is a bathroom with a large shower and a large office that opens to a queen bed. We call this the Jungle Room - check out the photos and you will know why! It is huge, with a large closet just installed, bright and welcoming. We have TVs in each room, and a large one in the living room. The kitchen is wide and open, so you can easily share the cooking space. Upstairs has three rooms and the master bedroom. The three rooms share a full bathroom and the master has a large shower and walk in closet. Each one is designed with a theme - the Scared Monkey room, the Bamboo Room, Drifting Surf and Peace. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood - one we want to keep special, so we do not allow any functions, loud noises or parties. Please consider this before you apply. It is a wonderful space to be used as a home while enjoying all North Austin has to offer. This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with huge trees and streams all around. . The laundry area is in the garage, which has been converted into a game area with ping pong and darts. The back yard is huge and we provide games to fully enjoy it (currently, cornhole and spike ball, hoping for volleyball soon!). The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals and the dining area is close and looks out over the huge yard. The area is wonderful - close to so many great things, like the Domain, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Lake Travis and of course, 23 miles to Downtown! We love our space, but it is a home. Please be respectful of the neighbors/ our friends and be kind to our home.
