Pots, pans, utensils, serving platters, glassware and kitchen linens provided. Newly furnished, spacious and airy living room and dining rooms make entertaining a breeze. Brand new smart 65" TV provides access to Netflix, etc to compliment the premium cable offerings. The house was just updated with mid-century furnishings, new patio furniture, and central air & heat. In the front of the house there’s a quiet and shaded front patio set back from the street (very unusual for this neighborhood) overlooking fresh landscaping where one can enjoy coffee and read the paper.
