Enjoy your own parking space and the spacious laundry facility that is just across the hallway. This is a ground floor apartment so no stairs or elevators to deal with and there is a lovely shady outdoor patio that overlooks the garden area. The bedroom has a queen size bed with lots of closet space, a desk and a window that opens out into the garden area. With hardwood floors and new paint this is a very comfortable apartment.  The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a small table and chairs for meals. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with large vanity. You will find this is the perfect home away from home for all your travelling needs. Point Loma is a rugged peninsula, known for Cabrillo National Monument, a park with trails, tide pools and exhibits on California history.  Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is a popular spot to watch the sun go down while Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, has buzzy restaurants and shops.  Seafood eateries dot the nearby Shelter and Harbor islands, and Humphreys Concerts by the Bay hosts live music.  We hope you return to Point Loma Retreat time and time again. This is a NON-SMOKING home.   This includes patios, decks and outside areas. This home is located in a quiet building and is only suitable for quieter groups.  Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.  Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.   This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people.  You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.   For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply.  Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken.  If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet.  Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.  You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.   Pet Fee:  $450/Month - for longer stays, please inquire about flat rates.   Point Loma lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights.  No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.   All guests must abide by the CCR's during their stay..
