QUIET HOURS Quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am. This is a strict rule. PARKING We have room in the driveway for up to 4 cars, depending on how you park. There is very limited street parking. Reach out if you have more than 4 cars to park. Too many cars will be a disturbance to the neighborhood. KIDDOS This home is not super kid friendly for kids aged 1-4. It has a lot of hard surfaces, stairs, and hard objects like billiards balls that could damage to young ones and/or the home.
