In the winter it takes about 45 min to 1 hour depending on conditions to get to Bogus Basin for skiing. Plus, only about 2 hours to 2.5 hours from both Tamarack and Brundage ski resorts. Both of which are close to natural hot springs for a soak after a day of skiing.
In summer lawn mowing will be provided. Garden space is available for those with a green thumb. If you don't want to weed in spring, summer, and fall this will also be provided. The house is about 1 mile from the foothills for hiking and biking. It is also about 1 mile from the river and Greenbelt for walking, skating, biking, fishing, or cooling off. There are 2 bikes 1 mountain bike and 1 cruiser bike on the property which you may use. Plus, a BSU cornhole set and croquet set for backyard fun. There is a covered patio with honeysuckles, a backyard swing, a fire pit, chairs, tables outdoor dining table, a gas BBQ, and a small pellet smoker grill.
Close to many restaurants, breweries, and wineries, many within walking or biking distance. If requested biweekly housekeeping is available for an additional $30/hr, 2 hr min. Safe family and young adult neighborhood. Good schools nearby.
Takes about 20 min to downtown Boise, 10 min to downtown Eagle, 20 min to Meridian, and 30 min to Nampa.
