Located in Tahoe Keys, this comfortable 2 story condo comes with a private boat dock, just steps away from the home. You'll have beautiful views of the marina in both the Summer and Winter.
You'll enter from the first floor where the living room is comfortably situated with a wood stove, flat-screen TV. Get cozy around the fireplace after a long day with some hot chocolate and movies. The patio is right by the living room with a gas BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. Enjoy grilling up burgers right by the marina.
The kitchen is well equipped with a blender, rice cooker, toaster, drip coffee pot, crockpot, and more to make you feel right at home. Gather around the dining table with seating for 8 guests for a home cooked meal.
The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, TV, DVD player, private deck with views of the marina, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed. The bunkroom has a TV and a DVD player. The bunkroom and the 2nd bathroom are located upstairs. The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor and has a Queen bed with a TV (no cable).
